Representatives from the Japan Asian Association and Asian Friendship Society (JAFS), and the Thailand Asian Friendship Society (TAFS) brought 13 participants (India, Nepal, Srilanka) from the Asian International Network Seminar 2025 to the Duang Prateep Foundation on 10 October.

On 10 October, 23 journalists from Southeast Asian countries visited the Klong Toey area to study the problems and impacts faced by community people in the extreme heat of summer.

On October 9, 2025, Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), in collaboration with the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) and Bangkok Metro Networks Limited (BMN), organized the event "BEM Happy Journey at Metro Art" at MRT Phahon Yothin Station.

During the school break, Khun Rat, who owns a tie-dye fabric shop kindly came to teach the youth at the New Life Project in Chumphon Province how to create tie-dyed items such as handkerchiefs and shirts, based on their own ideas and creativity.

In line with the 2025 World Habitat Day theme of “Urban Crisis Response”, more than 5,000 people from 11 communities (under The Housing Network) marched from Bangkok City Hall to the Government Offices on October 6 to submit demands for housing fairness.

In memory of their late son, Alexis, the Echavarria family of the US generously make a special annual donation on the anniversary of his birthday to support the work of the DPF.

On September 21, representatives from ten housing networks and communities in Klong Toey came together to hold a forum and issue a press release titled “Home + Garden: Urban People Sharing for Sustainability.”

To celebrate their birthdays, Ms. Inju Lee and Ms. Inhwa Lee of the Korean Influencers came to the DPF on 15 September on a fourth visit to give free haircuts to 20 lucky elderly people.

On 12 September, Khru Prateep and members of the Rotary Clubs of Phra Nakorn and Bang Khun Thian warmly welcomed Mr. Teruaki Furusawa from the Rotary Club of Toyonaka in Japan and his wife, who visited Thailand to meet members of the Rotary Club of Thamuang.

On 11 September, Khru Prateep took Mr. Misao Higashikado (former Japanese Member of Parliament for Fukui Prefecture and President of the Maruoka Rotary Club) to meet Privy Councilor, General Paiboon Khumchaya, at his office.
