Kaplan Family Largesse

Recent visitors to the DPF were Ms. Remi Kaplan and Mr. David Platter from the HGKaplan Foundation on May 14. They came to inspect our projects supported by Ms. Remi’s father, Mr. Gary Kaplan. Khru Prateep and staff showed them around the DPF Kindergarten, where they met the students and handed out snacks before the children returned home. They also met with the director of Chumchon School to discuss plans for the upcoming House Sports event. The visit continued with a tour of the 33 homes that were rebuilt after the devastating fire on April 26, 2024, and the renovation of the second storey of Ms. Aor’s house. And they also visited the Pattanamai Children’s Center, where Mr. Kaplan had generously funded the construction of a new roof for the center. We sincerely thank them for their continued support and for standing with our communities in times of need.
