Care-Givers Group 6

The sixth group of Thai youths from our “Care-Givers for the Elderly Project” flew out to Japan on 26 September to begin work at retirement homes in Fukui Prefecture in Japan. Four students were involved this time, for a total of 43 youths now working there. They were farewelled by Khru Prateep, DPF staff and the students’ families, who offered their encouragement. Upon arrival at the retirement home, the students were given an orientation on the operation of the facility before beginning their 3-year work stint.
