Scholarships for Young Footballers

The AusThai Geophysical Consultants (Thailand), AustCham Thailand, and the Thailand Tigers Australian Rules Football Club (under the AFL Association) generously presented their annual educational scholarships on November 24. Sixteen Klong Toey male youths who have been training/playing with the Tigers over the past eight years, plus twelve female youths who have more recently joined, were the lucky beneficiaries. Many thanks to all the organizations for their kind support. We believe that the youths receiving the scholarships will develop themselves, both educationally and in sport, to perhaps become professionals one day.
