Fourteen students and teachers from Kosei Gakuen Girls High School in Japan paid an international goodwill visit to the New Life Project in Kanchanaburi (NLPK) from 13-14 July. Welcomed by NLPK co-founder, Khru Mingporn Ungsongtham, a welcome party was arranged for the visitors on the Saturday evening, at which cultural performances were exchanged. The next day, our children took the visitors on a tour around the project, where they observed the agricultural activities and helped to plant 40 new papaya trees. New friendships were made as all enjoyed the interaction with children from a different culture.
