Rotary Clubs Connect for Good Works

On 12 September, Khru Prateep and members of the Rotary Clubs of Phra Nakorn and Bang Khun Thian warmly welcomed Mr. Teruaki Furusawa from the Rotary Club of Toyonaka in Japan and his wife, who visited Thailand to meet members of the Rotary Club of Thamuang. In previous years, the Thai and Japanese Rotary clubs have joined together for 10 matching grant projects in Thailand, including provision of water filters for children in the provinces, purchasing computers for children’s development centers in Klong Toey, upgrading the library at the Kanchanaburi New Life Project, and donating exercise equipment to health promotion centers for elderly people.
