Canadian Connections

We were delighted to welcome back to Thailand Ms. Sue Bishop, our long-term friend and supporter from Canada, and Ms. Lila Yee, Khun Sue’s friend and our newer friend and supporter. They arrived on 29 March, staying until 12 April. During they’re time here they met and talked with their sponsored students, and visited the New Life Project in Kanchanaburi where they enjoyed activities with our resident children, such as an exciting excursion to a national park. Sue and Lila also travelled to Phang-nga province to visit Baan Tharn Namchai, which was originally founded by the DPF following the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami.
